About

The Warehouse is a former Airfix factory, restored and converted into a studio by Richard and Trish Sinclair back in the late 1990's. Hugely spacious and multifunctional, the space is available for hire from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

On-site parking is available at no additional cost.

Located in a small industrial estate, The Warehouse features large loading bay doors allowing easy access for lighting, furniture and general equipment, large enough for cars, etc.

THE STUDIO

  • Custom-built industrial space with ample prep surfaces, two ovens/gas hobs, fridges and functional equipment. 

  • A range of food and beverage options can be provided on request.

  • Single phase/three phase supply with over 40 double sockets.

  • Natural light covers the space for the whole day.

  • There is wi-fi access, spacious seating, additional toilets and a reception room to host clients.
